Do your Cushie Covers fit all high chairs?
Our Cushie Covers are designed to fit the popular IKEA Antilop and Stokke Tripp Trapp high chairs. If you have another brand, feel free to reach out — you never know what we have in the works.
Do I need to buy the inflatable insert separately?
Yes. Our covers are designed to slip over the IKEA inflatable cushion insert (sold separately). This gives you flexibility — you can replace just the insert if needed.
Are your covers waterproof?
They’re not fully waterproof, but they’re made from 100% polyester which is wipe-clean and machine washable, making mealtime messes easy to handle.
Care & Cleaning
How do I wash my Cushie Cover?
Simply unzip, remove the insert, and machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle (max 30°C). Line dry inside-out. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. A low-heat iron can be used if needed.
Do they stain easily?
The fabric has been chosen with messy mealtimes in mind. Most spills wipe away quickly, but for tougher stains, a cold wash will do the trick.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 business days (standard shipping) & 1-3 business days (express shipping). You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Australia. We’re working on expanding — join our mailing list to be the first to know when international shipping is available.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer free shipping over $100 AUD.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@veauxbaby.com.au within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
All items marked as SAMPLE are final and cannot be returned.

Do you make custom colours or patterns?
At this stage, we release designs in collections. We’d love to hear your suggestions, though — Veaux Baby is parent-designed and always evolving.
Will you release matching products?
Yes! We have more designs and add-ons in the works. Keep an eye out on our socials or sign up to our newsletter for sneak peeks.
