Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Veaux Baby products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, products must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Samples.
  • For hygiene reasons, used baby feeding or textile items cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first at support@veauxbaby.com.au.

5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product is faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • During sales, new launches, or busy periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Australia: 3–7 business days.
  • Express delivery within Australia: 1–3 business days.
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location.
    (Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays.)

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • If you do not receive tracking, please contact us.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Veaux Baby is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit once handed to the courier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Veaux Baby has no control over these charges.
